- To train professional
personnel required by the new EMS
system and healthcare system of Jeju Free International
City and Special Autonomous Government of Jeju
- To train public health nurses of international standard
required by the health city and safe city certified by WHO
- To administer joint study and effort for implementation of
new EMS infrastructure in Jeju
- To train emergency medicine specialists by implementing
organic cooperative system among industrial, academic,
research, and government organizations
- To improve quality of education in related departments
- To develop emergency handling capacities of local residents
- To achieve continuous training of medical, public health, and
nursing personnel
